Tony Occleshaw, our managing director, with over 38 years of experience within the drylining and facades sector, previously starting and successfully growing OCL Drylining and Facades into a £50m + business, and took the decision to leave the business through a management buyout December 2021 for pastures new.

  • Consistent delivery of major residential, commercial and education projects for blue chip clients in London and the surrounding home counties.
  • Specialising in Hi-rise residential schemes ranging from £500k -£10m securing new business from a large amount of repeat preferred supply chain clients.
  • Strong relationships with distribution and our supply chain partners, with the added security of knowing we have the full technical backing and support that’s required for these large complex developments.

Radu Khail
Construction Director

Radu has 25 years experience working in the drylining and facades sector. Starting out on the tools he rapidly progressed through the ranks to Project Manager, a position he held for 15 years before joining Vibe Construct as Construction Director.

At the heart of Radu’s professional ethos is an innate penchant for problem-solving and an insatiable drive to excel in the face of ever-evolving challenges. Radu revels in ensuring client satisfaction, working collaboratively with clients to ensure that the job is done right first time, regularly surpassing expectations. His dedication to team fulfilment underscores his holistic approach to leadership. A great man manager, Radu oversees a team of up to 150 tradesmen at any one time across multiple projects, successfully delivering them on or ahead of programme.

Eamon O’Reilly
Senior Estimator

A Senior level construction estimator with experience in both main and subcontract environment’s Eamon moved to the UK in late 1987 where he was joined by his family the following year.

Before starting with Vibe Construct as their Senior Estimator he has worked for some of the leading drylining contractors in London and the home counties on such diverse projects as high-rise offices, apartment blocks, cinemas, and airport renovations.

Having developed a strong working relationship with Tony in his previous company Eamon was quite excited to continue the relationship in his new venture.

Carol Easterbrook
Head of Accounts

  • Finance & Project Support Professional working specifically within in the Construction Industry since 2017
  • Specialising in the management of all Accounts processes for Subcontractors in the Drylining & Façade sector
  • Experience built from working in IT Project Management for large London based financial institutions in the 90’s/20’s
  • Previous accounting experience with Charities, Civil Engineering and Facilities Management businesses. Also, within the Property Department of one of the UK’s leading Logistics and Supply Chain companies, focusing on land acquisition and construction of large distribution warehouses across the UK.

Vibe Construct has introduced and implemented several new IT solutions to aid in the development of the businesses’ management processes such as our very own SharePoint, Vibe Construct document storage portal, Xero accounting software, Construct Connect on-screen takeoff for estimating and Simpro purchasing and management systems, all managed and supported by KJL IT solutions.
